Bengaluru to Be Bestowed with Over 300 Beautiful Villas

Based on first come, first get service, 322 meticulously designed Villas will soon be available for sale, and the citizens can apply online.

The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) is preparing to finish a special housing project—the Puneeth Rajkumar Housing Complex in Hunnigere village, North of Dasanapura in Bengaluru. This project started in 2018 and will be ready in two months.

Each villa will have a water pump, overhead tank, lush green lawn, and convenient parking spaces. The 44,000 square foot clubhouse, a beautiful park spread across 5 lakh square feet, a basketball court, a cricket ground, and a playground for the kids will further add to the lavish lifestyle.

Yogesh, the assistant executive engineer at BDA, said that construction is almost done, and these homes will be ready for move-in in two months.

The project entails 170 4-BHK villas with a starting price of Rs. 1.1 crore and 152 3-BHK villas with a starting price of Rs. 75 lakh. As per the sources, the price might upsurge by 10% when they're ready to sell.

BDA hasn't stopped at villas only. They have also built a place with 320 smaller homes with one bedroom nearby. Villa owners can buy one Rs. 14 lakh to provide accommodation for their maids, drivers, and other essential support staff.
