Airbus India Private Limited has expanded its footprint in Bengaluru with a fresh office lease at Titanium Tech Park, reinforcing the city’s position as a key hub for aerospace and defense operations.
The company has taken over 1.51 lakh sq ft of office space in the commercial complex for a monthly rent of about ₹97.09 lakh under an eight-year agreement. With this addition, its total leased area in the same building has increased to nearly 8 lakh sq ft, following a 6.2 lakh sq ft transaction completed last year.
The latest deal covers the entire third and fourth floors, measuring 114,955 sq ft, along with 36,755 sq ft on the ground floor. The agreed rent stands at ₹64 per sq ft per month. The upper floors account for a monthly outgo of ₹73.57 lakh, while the ground floor space is leased at ₹23.52 lakh per month.
The property is owned by Whitefield Developers. Security deposits total roughly ₹6.27 crore, with ₹4.75 crore allocated to the upper floors and ₹1.52 crore for the ground floor.
The lease for the third and fourth floors began on January 1, 2026, with rent payments effective from May 1, 2026. The ground floor lease commenced earlier on November 1, 2025, with rent starting on March 1, 2026. Both agreements run until October 31, 2034.
The transaction also includes 203 parking spaces, underscoring the scale of the expansion.
