5,000 Flats on First Come, First Serve Basis — DDA

Delhi Development Authority is all set to launch 5,000 MIG flats in Dwarka and Narela and HIG flats in Jasola based on the FCFS housing scheme.

The Delhi Development Authority has decided to launch phase IV of DDA's online first come, first serve housing scheme on 30th June 2023. The buyers can book a flat in whatever location they wish by paying the booking amount.

The chairman of Delhi Development Authority and Delhi Lt Governor, V K Saxena, stated, "We are going to provide two options for the buyers for Signature View Apartments at Mukherjee Nagar of buyback and re-development ".

The 5,000 flats will be located in several locations in Delhi, including Dwarka, Narela, Rohini, Jasola, Siraspur and Loknayak Puram. For this time, only 5,000 flats will be launched; later on, DDA's authority will add more to this number based on the demand!

The DDA authorities have also ensured that these flat's pricing is affordable for a large group of people. They have done this by retaining the prices of so many EWS and LIG flats.

Also, the DDA authorities will soon launch an online system-generated demand letter for the first time. It is also noticed that they have improved and enhanced the quality and the infrastructure of the localities they have been launching in past years.
