Nawazuddin Siddiqui resides in a lavish bungalow in Versova, Mumbai, inspired by his ancestral home in Budhana. This multi-story bungalow, 'Nawab,' was built after three years of construction with ancestral values and Nawabi furnishings.

The house is worth over Rs. 12 Crore. Before constructing his bungalow, Nawazuddin used to share a single flat with four other actors. In an interview, he shared that he desired to build a residence similar to his ancestral home in Budhana. Now, he resides with his brother, Shamas Nawaz Siddiqui, a director.

The actor designed this bungalow by drawing inspiration from his former house in Budhana, Uttar Pradesh. With three-story, the residence features a grand porch adorned with a white marble facade and a terrace. Notably influenced by Islamic architecture, the exterior showcases archways and jaali (perforated) walls, providing a glimpse into Mughal-Islamic design and adding an elegant touch to the structure.

Inside View

According to the actor, the house is the best place for relaxation. He used only three colours for this house – white, wooden, and sky blue – throughout, an epitome of simplicity and tranquillity. The house has a garden and a cabin, where the actor reads scripts, and this home reflects a thoughtful blend of aesthetics and functionality.

Entrance

Nawazuddin Siddiqui's grand bungalow, inspired by classic Nawabi architecture, resembles an ivory palace in a Pristine white theme. The house's entrance is arched with a white marble main gate, adorned with a wooden door and lush plants, creating a striking contrast. Traditional jaali patterns on the terrace and balcony and intricate designs showcase the elegance from the outside.

Garden

A lush green garden surrounds Nawazuddin Siddiqui's residence. The actor finds solace around his house, surrounded by eye-catching natural scenery. There is a customised vintage sitting area in his garden. Pendant lights decorate the white arches in the garden during the evening, contributing to the overall ambience.

Dining Room

Upon entering the bungalow, the dining area is the first space that captures the attention. The dining area has a minimalist aesthetic design, showcasing a harmonious blend of white tones, wooden furnishings, suspended lights, and a classic black chandelier.

Large windows on both sides of the dining room are adorned with white curtains, causing the natural light to filter through. The dining table is positioned at one corner of the room and is complemented by grey-toned hardwood chairs. Indoor plants are placed on the periphery of the dining area, adding greenery to the space.

Living Area

The bungalow has living spaces with a minimalistic design. The large rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows framed in wood and adorned with elegant white drapes, adding to the charm. Stylish furniture and pendant lighting serve as prominent elements in the living area's decor.

Entertainment Room

Nawazuddin Siddiqui also designed an entertainment area. This space is complemented by a wall-sized television surrounded by wooden panelling, off-white deck chairs, a table, and perfectly sized windows on one side. It adds a contemporary touch to the look of the area. A wooden storage area is situated just below it, enhancing the room's functionality.
